What is Annalakshmi?

A non-profit organization dedicated to bringing the joy of Indian culinary, visual and performing arts to one and all.

Annalakshmi is an international chain of vegetarian restaurants that augments its dining experience by showcasing Indian arts and handicrafts as well as cultural dance and music performances. Inspired by the Hindu concept for Abundance, Annalakshmi operates on the basis of "Eat as you Want, Pay as you Wish" where the guest decides not just what to order but also how much to pay. At Annalakshmi, we have full trust in humanity and believe that people will pay what is fair that is within their means. First started in Malaysia in 1984, Annalakshmi today also operates in Australia, Singapore and India. We are currently planning for the opening of a unit in San Francisco in the USA. Annalakshmi is a project of Temple of Fine Arts International (TFA Intl) and all proceeds go toward funding the humanitarian projects of TFA.
